The general terms and conditions (T&Cs) are governing the purchasing relations between the user of this site, hereinafter named “You”, and Prestigio Plaza Ltd., hereinafter named as “We”, “e-Shop” or “PrestigioPlaza” – the company with headquarter situated at 43 Kolonakiou Str., 4103, Limassol, Cyprus, registration number 166866, VAT number CY 10166866Y. These T&Cs aim into protecting your rights as valued customer as well as the rights of PrestigioPlaza. On-line order processing consists of 4 easy steps. Once you have added the goods to “e-bag”, please click “Checkout” button and then:
- Login or register if new to the e-Shop
- Verify the billing information of your account
- Select or add new delivery address
- Verify and confirm the order
- Select payment method and complete the payment authorization
As a result, the purchasing part of the order is completed.
After receiving your order we will process it and send you a written confirmation of the acceptance of the order to the e-mail address you provided in your order form. The confirmation will include the following information:
- date of the order
- registration and contact details of Prestigio Plaza Ltd.
- details of the purchaser
- details of the ordered goods
- price of the ordered goods
- delivery charges
- total value of the order
Once the order confirmation is sent to you, the contract of delivery of the goods is considered concluded. At that time total amount of the ordered goods will be charged to your account.
The availability of the goods is visible real time on www.PrestigioPlaza.com in item cards and tables with products.
It might not be possible for us to deliver products to some locations and the selection of products available for sale may differ from country to country. Please select correct country of Delivery or login at the beginning of each shopping session in order to avoid any confusion. The final verification of the goods availability and delivery options to a certain country is done in step “Order Confirmation” during the order checkout process.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
- we do not deliver to your area; or
- one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

PrestigioPlaza takes great care when putting information on-line with respect to the essential characteristics of our products, notably with respect to the technical descriptions emanating from our partners and suppliers and the photographs illustrating the products. However, PrestigioPlaza does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
The prices indicated on www.PrestigioPlaza.com are in Euros and include Cyprus VAT with current rate of 17% and all other taxes, but do not include delivery charge. The actual delivery costs will be shown in an order during checkout and invoiced in addition to the price of the products. Orders delivered outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area may be additionally subject to customs duties and charges in the country of import. These duties and charges are the customer's responsibility.
No VAT will be charged to Customers from outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area ordering the delivery of the products outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area. The European customers registered for VAT purposes and whose purchases qualify as intra-Community acquisition may be entitled for zero VAT rate. This kind of transaction is available only for registered customers and subject to verification by our customer service. Prestigio Plaza reserves the right to modify the prices at our discretion for any products before you place and complete your order.
Special price and various discounts (like Super Price, Combo Discounts, SALE) may be applicable from time to time for deliveries to some or all countries. The information about such programs is available on www.PrestigioPlaza.com instantly.
All prices on this web site and any discounts are applicable only to online purchases made through this website.
The prices on the website are adapted for International market. The products in that case would be shipped from our warehouse located abroad. The delivery charge is not included in the product price and is set by courier services we use depending on the size, volume and destination of the package.
The prices in the offline shop in Limassol are adapted to the Cyprus market and are different from those on the website. Therefore for those living in Cyprus it is in most cases more or less the same price if purhcased from the website with delivery or to buy from the shop without delivery.
Not all of the products available on the website are available in the store in Limassol and not all of the products available from the store are available online.
Prestigio Plaza offers the following methods of payment:

Currently the e-Shop organizes the deliveries to 47 countries of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Delivery charges will be indicated separately in your order and vary by country of destination, value of the order and weight of the shipment.
All delivery times are estimations only and indicated in days. Once your order has been shipped it takes usually approx. 3-4 days to arrive at the destination address.
The goods will be delivered to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order.
Please note that orders delivered outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area may be subject to customs duties and charges in the country of import. These duties and charges are your responsibility.

Warranty and After-Sales Service Procedures
The majority of the products have a warranty offered directly by the respective manufacturers. Please consult appropriate leaflet or warranty card enclosed with the product to find about the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty and nearest service center. In addition, our authorized service centers in the countries where we deliver to are there to help.
Independently of the manufacturer’s warranty provided with products, all products offered to you come with a legal guarantee concerning product conformity and latent defects, as outlined in the consumer protection legislation applicable in the country of delivery of your product.
I am not happy with the product and wish to return it.
You can cancel your order within 14 calendar days after the goods were delivered.
You cannot cancel the order if the goods you have ordered are:
- newspapers or magazines, or
- if you have taken any audio or video recording or computer software out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you, or
- any perishables goods or goods that by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
How to cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please inform PrestigioPlaza that you wish to cancel your order in writing during this 14 days period. Please state your order number and the serial number of the product.
During cancelation you have to take reasonable care of the product. The goods, original package, instructions, warranty ticket and other packaging arrangement have to be undamaged and returned with the product.
How to return the goods?
If you cancel the order, you will be under an obligation to return the received goods and pay for the cost of doing so. Any payments, postage charges for returning the goods are not refundable.
Upon receipt of the notification of cancellation, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.
Upon the receipt of the goods back in the condition they were in when delivered to you, we will refund the full amount of the order within 30 days from the receipt of goods. The cost of returning the goods is non-refundable.
If you do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
All refunds would be made back to the account from where we have received the money from.
My product is not working.
Goods Faulty on Arrival
Items faulty on receipt (Dead on Arrival – DAO) are covered for up to 28 days from the date of receipt of the product.
How to return the goods?
Please inform PrestigioPlaza about the problem in writing during this 28 days period. Please state your order number and the serial number of the product.
If the fault is a result of production we will be happy to have the item returned. The cost of returning the goods will be refunded.
Upon receipt of your notification email, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.
Upon the receipt of the product, it will be tested by our technicians. If the product can be repaired, we will repair it and send back to you. No additional charges will be taken for repair and delivery back to you. The cost of returning the goods will be refunded.
Replacement or Refund
If the product cannot be repaired, two compensation options are available:
- REPLACEMENT: We will provide you with a replacement for the same product to be sent to you. No additional chargers will be taken for replacement and delivery back to you. The cost of returning the goods will be refunded.
- REFUND: Or we will provide you with the full refund of your order within 30 days from the receipt of goods. The cost of returning the goods will be refunded as well. All refunds would be made back to the account from where we have received the money from.
What if my product broke after 28 days period?
Beyond this term you should refer to the manufacturer’s warranty. If available, you can return the product to us and in that case we would fix it, replace it or refund the cost of product only. The cost of delivery and the cost of returning the goods are non-refundable.
What if I purchased my product not from PrestigioPlaza.com?
If the product was purchased not from PrestigioPlaza.com, then the customer has to contact the point of purchase. In case of Prestigio or Canyon products customer should contact one of the service centers located on www.prestigio.com or www.canyon-tech.com.
We can also provide service for some products to the customers located in Cyprus at our showroom. For further information please contact us.
I have recieved a wrong item.
If you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for the unit to be exchanged prior to your returning the item. We will also refund in money, credit note, or in goods (at our discretion) the cost of shipping.
Mixed goods must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.
How to return the goods?
Please inform PrestigioPlaza about receiving the wrong item in writing during this 7 days period. Please state your order number, the product you received and its serial number.
Upon receipt of your notification email, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your goods. The cost of returning the goods will be refunded.
Upon the receipt of the product, we will provide you with a replacement for the correct product to be sent to you. No additional chargers will be taken for replacement and delivery back to you. The cost of returning the goods will be refunded.
Goods Damaged during delivery
If your item arrives damaged, you are required to contact us immediately with details of the damage. You must retain the envelope and any packaging in order for a claim to be made to the courier for damaging your item in transit. Without all packaging material, you will not be entitled to a damaged goods exchange.
Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing of the problem within the time limits specified above.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
Save as precluded by law, Prestigio Plaza will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Events beyond our control
Prestigio Plaza shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Accounts, Passwords and Security
Certain features or services offered on or through the e-Shop may require you to open an account (including setting up an ID and password). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failing to keep this information secure and confidential. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by us or any other user of or visitor to the site due to someone else using your ID, password or account as a result of your failing to keep your account information secure and confidential.
You may not use anyone else’s ID, password or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that ID, password or account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
These terms and conditions, and all transactions relating to this website and all non-contractual obligations arising from any transaction carried out on this website are governed by Cyprus law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.
