New Android Tablet by Prestigio: MultiPad 9.7 Pro

The first time the new Prestigio MultiPad 9.7 Pro was unveiled at Cebit 2012, an important IT industry event held in Germany. Now it has reached Cyprus!

Prestigio MultiPad 9.7 Pro (PMP5097CPRO) is a 9.7-inch model with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich offering better usability, bigger size, faster performance & more mobility than previous models.

First Impression: Look & Feel, Design

The first impression of the device: a slim and lightweight sleek body with a high-end look and latest tablet design. Featuring the scratch resistant glass on the front and high quality metal black housing with rubber grip pads on the backside, it gives a pleasant feeling when holding it.

All buttons and outputs are comfortably located on the top side of the device. Here we can find the turn on/off button, volume, microphone, mini-USB, mini-HDMI, charger output and 3.5mm jack for speakers. The buttons are metal and relatively small giving an accurate look. On the bottom side there are a couple of stereo speakers and on the back side there is a nicely hidden output for micro-SD/SDHC card. The front 0.3MP camera for video calls is logically located on top of the main screen, which has the best aspect ratio of 4:3 and a 4-way rotation, adding a convenience in use. Along with that, it comes with an elegant leather case that provides a safe portability option.

Overall, Prestigio MultiPad 9.7 Pro is stylish, well-constructed and nice to hold.
