- Three levels of price discounts (Diamond - best prices, Platinum, Gold) are usually available to our loyal customers and visible after login.
- Leveraging on our distribution agreements, we deliver to 47 countries of EMEA from two main distribution centers located in Prague, Czech Republic and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. However the stock points are not limited by the distribution centers only. In order to speed up the transportation we may ship from the local warehouses of all countries of Central & East Europe, Former Soviet union, Gulf if the local regulations allow such deliveries.
- Our freight charge policy allows significant discounts which depend on the value of your order and FREE deliveries if the order value exceeds a certain threshold. In addition, our authorized service centers in the countries where we deliver to are there to help.
Independently of the manufacturer’s warranty provided with products, all products offered to you come with a legal guarantee concerning product conformity and latent defects, as outlined in the consumer protection legislation applicable in the country of delivery of your product.
